With 30 years experience in healthcare, physiotherapy in particular, I have managed both clinical and non-clinical teams in both my private practice and for the NHS. I know how a patient navigates a healthcare system and what treatment they may expect, but also how these services can be structured and how funding is managed.For the past 8 years I have played a pivotal role in the development, implementation and service management of PhysioWizard®(the UK’s first clinically validated digital triage solution for MSK issues) from initial concept to a clinically accurate and validated questionnaire within its own caseload management system for healthcare providers in both the private and public sector.
