With 30 years experience in healthcare, physiotherapy in particular, I have managed both clinical and non-clinical teams in both my private practice and for the NHS. I know how a patient navigates a healthcare system and what treatment they may expect, but also how these services can be structured and how funding is managed.For the past 8 years I have played a pivotal role in the development, implementation and service management of PhysioWizard®(the UK’s first clinically validated digital triage solution for MSK issues) from initial concept to a clinically accurate and validated questionnaire within its own caseload management system for healthcare providers in both the private and public sector. Drawing on 25 years of clinical experience, my role primarily is to ensure the clinical ideas and practice are integrated onto the product platform, whilst maintaining the safety, integrity, standards and outcomes expected from the clinical aspects of healthcare.
