The main duties and responsibilities of this role were to ensure the successful delivery of an ESF Convergence, SFA Co-Financed project called ESF Work Place Learning. The role involved:- Managing, monitoring and reporting the achievements of project outcomes.- Quality control of ESF paperwork and managing funding requests, checking the eligibility of individuals and employers participating in the project.- Ensuring that all project specific paperwork was project compliant and audit ready.- Working with curriculum teams to develop progression pathway and new courses.- Providing employer support such as Training Needs Analysis to identify their specific training needs and then design programmes of learning and development that met these requirements whilst being project compliant.- Working alongside the employer engagement team to identify project eligible employers and learners.- Identifying sector needs and developing marketing strategies.- Project reporting at organisational and project partnership levels.- Producing work packages for an administrator and a team of guidance officers.The project engaged 769 learners from over 221 organisations across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Effective employer engagement was integral to the success of the project as well as the design and development of funding specific training programmes that met client's needs.

To develop, coordinate, market and monitor multiple projects. Projects include two Freestyle NEET projects, ESF Skills for Work, ESF Adult Learner Responsive and ESF Key Sectors. I had the responsibility of ensuring that project targets were met within deadline, cost effectively and to a high standard.I was also responsible for Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) vocational courses. This involved liaising with sector partners and building networks to enhance delivery and identify business opportunities.As part of this role I delivered advice and guidance to students and employers and taught sessions within my sector area as and when required.
