A curious mind is a hungry mind. My mind is always ready to eat, and I snack between meals! Meals, like good ideas and professional success, are best when created together or shared with others.My interest in innovation led me to Kinaxis, because of its vision for how analytics and machine learning can transform supply chain. I cook fusion cuisine by infusing my work in supply chain with my extensive experience in advanced analytics across industries. My natural curiosity and enjoyment of people and ideas allows me to draw upon diverse networks of people to MAKE CONNECTIONS across industry and to build teams to TRANSFORM the way we do business. I’ve had a season pass to the analytics game since the days when the stands were barely full, so I’ve seen a lot of plays. I TRANSLATE ideas using stories from my own experience to make advanced analytics accessible for supply chain leaders. I’m also a talent scout and coach who built my last team entirely from my own connections, university relationships, and microblogging on LinkedIn. At the Enterprise Analytics and Data Sciences group at the University of North Carolina Health Care System, I led a team I called EMTs (enterprise MATH technicians!), who provided internal analytical consulting services to TRANSFORM health care. In my prior role, I TRANSLATED between SAS customers, Advanced Analytics R&D, academia, and other divisions. Previously I led a global team that developed programs to MAKE CONNECTIONS between universities and customers in need of analytical talent.I am all about the BIG picture but with a keen eye for detail. I believe in GETTING THINGS DONE with strategy, purpose, and innovation. I’ve enriched my network and thinking by microblogging on LinkedIn and public speaking. And because doing things the way we’ve always done them isn’t satisfying to me, I’m always cooking up new ideas.
