As a member of a three-person Research Operations team, my focus is on establishing and improving processes to ensure efficient user research, supporting a chapter of ten UX researchers embedded in 20+ product teams. In addition, I manage large Central User Insights Team projects around data governance, knowledge management, chapter education and best practices, product team enablement to democratize research, internal communications focused on amplifying user research as well as partnering with other data gathering departments to ensure product teams understand and can take action on quantitative and qualitative user data.

One of three team members who proudly introduced Product Operations as a function at Babbel. To establish ours team as a resource for Product, I analyzed qualitative data to understand the needs of 20+ product teams, discovering pain points and developing programs to improve and align ways of working across product. Two major projects included: establishing a data hub where product teams could understand the various streams of user data to strengthen the product feedback loop and standardizing and optimizing the onboarding process for all new team members of the product organization.

My first role at Babbel encompassed three focus areas: 1. Customer Success Team liaison for learning content releases; 2. Product Marketing liaison for learning content releases and 3. data analysis and insight sharing to improve the product development process. I was brought on to amplify data-driving decisions using a newly-implemented data analysis tool within the content production teams as well as to scale product knowledge across the organization. Delivered cost effective print and advertising campaigns for cruise products in line with overall company branding that included creating project briefs, overseeing graphic design, writing compelling copy, evaluating supplier quotes and supervising fulfillment. Managed the production and distribution of cruise preview brochure that resulted in triple the previous year's bookings. Effectively and efficiently supervised multiple projects concurrently, driving innovative branding and working as a team within marketing but also with other departments and outside vendors. Analysed market trends, competitor activities and campaign results to continuously improve ROI. Wrote extensive copy for all 2012 brochures.
