As a member of a three-person Research Operations team, my focus is on establishing and improving processes to ensure efficient user research, supporting a chapter of ten UX researchers embedded in 20+ product teams. In addition, I manage large Central User Insights Team projects around data governance, knowledge management, chapter education and best practices, product team enablement to democratize research, internal communications focused on amplifying user research as well as partnering with other data gathering departments to ensure product teams understand and can take action on quantitative and qualitative user data.
Product Operations Manager
One of three team members who proudly introduced Product Operations as a function at Babbel. To establish ours team as a resource for Product, I analyzed qualitative data to understand the needs of 20+ product teams, discovering pain points and developing programs to improve and align ways of working across product.
