About Polly Thompson

Passionate and ambitious, I am a natural problem solver who produces products and services for the digitally savvy businesses and consumers of today. The type of person that loves a challenge; I enjoy solving difficult and innovative briefs.15+ years in the industry, my skills include; Service design, Strategic thinking, Business Transformation, User Research, User Experience, Interface and Interaction design, Rapid or high fidelity prototyping, Leading teams, End to end Project Delivery.In 2016 I took the leap to set up my own business and in 2021 after a short maternity break I took on the challenge of scaling. I now have a wonderful network of brilliantly skilled practitioners that I regularly collaborate with. We are focused on identifying the true needs/problems of the customers and finding the most optimal (and sometimes innovative) ways to solve them, whilst ensuring your business gets the results it desires.
