• Established strategic partnership with SSG who has the exclusive copyright of EPL until 2020, maintain good personal relationship with them;
• Penetrated into DMX OTT project bidding in 2012, help DMX define bidding technical requirements;
• Introduced StreamOcean OTT platform to several other cable/telco companies, like Jiangsu Unicom, Sichuan Unicom, Topway and etc…

• Acting as a key staff in team to introduce/demonstrate new feature to customer, including technical preparation, communication with customer and field demo/trail activities.
• Help customer to have comprehensive understanding about Motorola network new product or feature.
• Supporting Motorola marketing team on marketing activities, such as exhibition, event and forum etc… Receiving feedback from customer and seek new need from customer, for example raising Feature Requirement/Patent etc..
• Monitoring MOTOROLA GSM network products’ quality globally, shooting troubles for potential product issues, handling customer service request and receiving positive feedback through communication with customer.
• Organize and drive complex issue investigation and coordinate virtual team from different departments (Dev, SE, and Service) working together.
• Provide daily update to high level management team even customer.
