About Polo Lam
My focus is in the development and application of molecular modeling tools in drug discovery.I am responsible for the design and development of MolScreen and the associated prediction models.MolScreen is a virtual screen platform in MolSoft ICM that can be used to virtually screen any small molecule against thousands of protein targets. Currently we have more than 3000 models of various types (2D fingerprint, 4D ligand-based/structure-based docking models) for around 1000 targets. I am experienced in structure-based and ligand-based virtual screening, ligand-guided homology modeling, and building of activity and toxicity prediction models.
