Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Manage outsourced functions. Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives. Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management. Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis. Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management. Supervises treasury staff, as well as financial analysts and cost accountants

As PMO I'm responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions. This position supervises the team that provides project management support functions and administrative support to project managers. As well keep tracking of each individual P&L of each project and control the expenses associated, follow up the Planned Task, get the necessary resources and ensure the continuity of the projects.
