I’m able to lead teams to achieve agreed objectives by delivering high quality products and services. I’m especially interested in hands-on work in international teams where co-creation and care for the environment are at the forefront.I’m skilled in facilitation and negotiations, planning, optimising processes, managing international teams/projects, designing memorable learning experiences in different formats (online, face to face, blended learning). Being familiar with adult learning theory, systemic sensitivity, cultural and personal differences helps me design solutions for any type of end users. When dealing with challenges that need creative solutions, I like to use a variety of methods, systemic thinking and coaching practices, preferably using lateral thinking.
