I am a creator and executioner of radio programs and projects that are aligned with both market awareness and audience needs. I started my career always working for the top radios in Venezuela which allowed me to identify the success factors as well as the importance of having a clear vision for the business. I quickly climbed to leading the top FM radio in the country, La MEGA, leading later all 16 sister radio networks positioning them in the top of the ratings for 9 consecutive years. Later in my career, I started from scratch a chill genre radio, called Ateneo radio resulting in a profitable business for another 9 years. I am passionate about discovering new markets, facing challenges, connecting with people to a point in which I can infer what they want or need at a given time. I am a firm believer of investigating and knowing your market, listening in person to what listeners want and need, going beyond the surveys or stats.
