I'm an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Materials Science, currently leading the Research and Development department at a fast moving and innovative-driven company, focused on developing resins for adhesives and composite materials.What drives me forward is a fervent passion for sustainability: the projects that really spark my motivation are the ones determined to shape the industry I work on one step closer to a eco-friendlier world. In my current position I have been able to do so with the development and implantation of recyclable thermoset resins for the fabrication of skis or optimist boats, the design of adhesives with increasing bio-based content or the reconceptualization of adhesives to reduce enegy consume for OEM manufacturers.By applying my multidisciplinary knowledge in both industrial and materials engineering, I am determined to continue my career in a direction that will contribute to a more social and ecological responsible world.
