Responsible for residential site development activities as well as direct oversight of “primary” community and staff lease-up to enable sustainable achievement of financial objectives and the training and professional development of staff at stabilized “primary” community and Community Director(s) at lease-up community. Responsible for managing, guiding, and coaching the operational activities and results including achievement of business goals for all communities and implementation of strategic marketing plans.
