Polyline Drafting and Design (a.k.a. Polyline Designs) was established in 1994 providing architectural drafting services and residential / small commercial building design services. Since then PD has expanded to offer civil and structural drafting services, residential site and landscape design, 3-D architectural renderings and construction supervision services. PD's owner, Kelly Peters, has 31+ years experience as the senior technologist for BDA Landscape Architects overseeing all of that firm's contract document production. His experience in site design and grading is utilized in all of PD's building design projects to maximized solar gain, natural light, views and to minimize site disturbance and cost. Kelly lends his knowledge of landscape design to produce realistic 3D architectural renderings.
