• Handle day to day SEM activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review & optimization.• Develop deeper understanding of the clients objectives to identify opportunities and further align resources. • Produce monthly performance report to clients utilizing reporting tools such as Google Analytics to compare results. • Presenting products to new and existing business, on-boarding of new accounts.• Act as liaison between clients, internal partners to communicate effectively between the teams and make sure to deliver customer satisfaction.• Working closely with Sales representatives and Renewals managers to identify new opportunities and up-sell potential.• Formulating digital strategy for delivering best ROI for campaigns on various result-oriented metrics. • Implement, monitor and analyze advanced A/B and Multivariate testing on landing pages and drive actionable insights from tests and experiments.• Collaborate with group of digital marketers, graphic designers, copywriters, search engine optimization, social media to deliver exceptional metrics to clients. • Organize conference calls with clients in order to review weekly/monthly progress, completed tasks, future action plan, and provide resolution to any concerns, questions or clients' requests.• Implementation & enhancement of creative tags (JavaScript, Iframe) clicks, Impression, Page scroll depth Tracking.

• Providing good customer experience by explaining and giving a demo of SaaS , PaaS products and services to various customers. • Own and manage client acquisition, integration and on-boarding process, be responsible for account management of assigned accounts. • Update task progress in JIRA, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, raise tech & business escalation tickets whenever necessary. • Work closely with Sales team to develop pre-sale proposals and identify up-sell and cross sale opportunities. • Participate in prospect and client meetings while working as part of the Publisher Development team to help close prospects.• Carry out kick-off calls for new product, service implementation, launch and optimization. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and identify potential areas of optimization and opportunities for revenue growth. • Keep records of client transactions for assisting monthly billing process.
