2023 is the decade marker for my journey in IT as I started my BS in Computer Science in 2013. It's been a wild ride spanning the full array of the human experience; from crushing failures and disappointment to pure elation after successful completion of large and complex projects. One of my New Year's resolutions for 2023 is to socialize and post more, so here we are. For the last 7 years I've been in system administration and design for datacenters that are mission critical and require 99.9% uptime. 3 of those years as a Jr Sysadmin at Premier Performance and 4 years as a Sr Sysadmin at CRI Advantage. I'm currently switching roles into a Cybersecurity Analyst at NuScale and am extremely excited to find new ways to make an impact in a new environment.
