On the job, I take my work duties very seriously and safety issues are always my primary concern. I am good at adapting my approach to different situations, and I would say that my ability to make suitable and quick decisions under pressure is one of my most valuable assets. Furthermore, I have experience with leading a team and therefor I feel comfortable with delegating work assignments. I consider my social competence as one of my greater strengths and I have never had an issue with colleagues at previous jobs. On the contrary I can get along with practically anyone, regardless of age and background. With that said, both team- and individual work suits me well. My previous colleagues would describe me as a person who demonstrates a lot of passion for the profession, performs his duties, is easy to work with and very outgoing.
