Key responsibilities:• Invoicing (monthly and quarterly) and re-invoicing continuously• Having an increased responsibility in the invoicing program• Responsible for incoming invoices • Book keeping (including making vouchers, accruals, reservations) - also on Group level• Co-operating with the business sector (e.g. collecting data in the DD-processes)• The making of monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations • Making financial statements • Internal and external reporting (e.g. monthly reporting to the authorities)• Working closely with the auditors during both the year-end audit and the interim audit

Part-time job administrating the apartments owned by the foundation and as the only employed run the foundation according to the orders of the Executive Board. Other responsibilities I have had is:- corresponding with the tenants and interest groups, - drawing up the budget for each year as well as the annual report,- handling the applications,- writing the protocols for board meetings as well as delegation meetings,- concluding tenancy contracts,- various other administrative duties assigned to me by the board.

The Board is the highest decision-making body of the University. It decides on most issues of a strategic nature, such as the activity and economic plan as well as the budget.I was also a member of the Executive Board from January 2009 to April 2010.

The president of the Student Council leads the meetings of the highest decision making institution of the student union and supervises the work of the executive board. The Student Council establishes the line of policy for the Student Union, elects persons for different positions of trust and makes the budget for the Student Union. I also held this position from November 2009 to November 2010

As the President of the Student Union of Hanken School of Economics (SHS) I managed a high performance levelled organization with a strong student engagement and close relations to the University, Finnish industry and student representatives nationally and internationally. The Student Union has approximately 2000 members.The Presidency is an elected official position with responsibility for the Student Union's budget, implementation of strategy and day-to-day routine. The President of the Student Union is also President of the Executive Board.

I analysed annual reports by NIB’s customers, entered the material in a program for risk analysing and investigating reasons to why different customers showed higher amounts of risk than expected.
