BDM for Randstad Professionals RPO and market team. Main responsibilities in my role as BDM was business growth, process development and coaching.

Team Leader of Randstad Professionals market team. A national team of sales & recruitment specialists focusing on Engineering & IT profiles and responsible to grow the professionals business. By the time of my next position the group grew to 10 FTEs located in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö supporting clients nationally with national/international recruitments.As Team Leader for PMT I led business growth. This meant own sales as well as facilitating team activity and development through continuous individual coaching.

In 2013 we decided to set up an additional team to recruit technology profiles for other clients than Volvo Cars. I was one of three to start this team, Professionals Market Team.In 2014 I was awarded Randstads Sales Award (growth new business).

Hired as one of three to establish a new business line, Professionals. We set up a RPO (Recruitment Process Outsorcing) collaboration with Volvo Car Group. This RPO cover yearly 450 national/international white collar recruitments within all technology areas at the client. The RPO also handled the recruitment to several young professionals programmes for Volvo Cars. We quickly grew to 10 people handling this collaboration.

Profitability analysis on assignement of one of Sweden's largest automotive companies, AB Volvo. Mainly back office work with large data sets. Tools used: Excel, Access and the BI tool QlikView.

Innovation company targeting the construction industry, sprung from the incubator Chalmers Innovation. The company had 3 full time and 3 part time employees to handle sales, production and development. Alfasensor had 18 investors and as CEO I reported to the board of directors.
