Professional Basketball and The Sizzlers relocated back to the KC area in January of 2020. The Sizzlers play in the American Basketball Association (ABA) South Central Division. The Sizzlers operate as a 501 (c)(3) entity under the umbrella of ThreeFive, Inc. which remains in good standing with the State of Kansas. Our mission is to make our fans and sponsors feel like they are being entertained by the best athletes outside of the NBA by showing the passion and commitment with each jump shot. Our KC Sizzlers will compete with intensity, lead with integrity, and inspire play. We strive to conduct ourselves with the highest standards of honesty, ethics and fair dealing. As a member of the American Basketball Association (ABA), a league that has demonstrated diversity and integrity and how a professional league with such a high profile should operate, the KC Sizzlers is on a mission to raise the bar even higher by displaying proper etiquette on and off of the playing floor. Our corporate vision statement will identify the future potential of our organization, while our corporate mission statement will show how to turn the future into a reality.Our vision of the Sizzlers is to grow and maintain the top reputation not only in our South Central region but in the entire league while being the most professional basketball team in the (ABA). Our mission emphasizes that this is only possible through inspiring competitive games and community service that is driven by integrity. To achieve this, the Sizzlers borrow from its core values which comprise “integrity, teamwork, respect, and innovation.” These are the main elements that enable the organization to remain focused on its mission and vision.With our vision, it is plain to see why we are constantly improving the core aspects of the sport and the business of sport, including ethics to ensure that it sets the best standards for other teams in the ABA to emulate. Other than this, the KC Sizzlers shows that it is truly "More Than A Game" through its Jr. Sizzlers, STAR and ASAP programs, where it gives back to the community.
