Perform management and troubleshooting for network related problems which includes Cisco routers, Cisco switches, and Cisco AP’s• Perform management of servers and NAS to ensure smooth operation of the school• Perform first level problem diagnosis and resolve problems related to computer hardware, software and application system.• To provide advice and assistance to users on usage of functional features of software and hardware peripherals.• Perform diagnosis and resolve problems related to printers and projectors.

Analyses user specifications and requirements.• Design, test, debug and record programs on moderately complex projects.• Develop new subroutines or expand program to simplify statement, programming or coding of future problems.• Develop java program complying with coding standards defined by technical management• Assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting program modules
