Responsible for full life cycle recruitment including rate negotiating, building a pipeline of candidates, technical screening, candidate interviewing, pre-employment testing, extending job offers and closing deals for consulting and permanent positions.• Screening the candidate profiles , including the high profile, comparable to their resumes and requirement of the client.• Short-listing resumes as per the requirements.• Interviewed and screening the candidates profiles.• End-to-End coordination of interviews from client and consultant side.• Job portal: Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and Google etc. Involved in full recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment for across PAN India Operations.• Resourcing, screening, short listing of candidates based on the Client requirements.• Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals Naukri, and networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook.• Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interviews.• Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.• Conducting HR interviews to check the candidate’s suitability for the requirement.• Preparing and maintaining MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports.• Involved in client co-ordination at clients’s place in weekend drive.
