With over 12 years of work experience in the information technology industry, I am a seasoned manager who has led a high-performing teams, delivered exceptional customer success, and improved business reporting and operations across JAPAC. My goal is to leverage my holistic knowledge and expertise in cloud computing, team and program management to help organizations achieve their goals and transform their businesses.Most recently, I managed a team of 18 Google Cloud Partner Specialists on-site and off-site for Concentrix, a global leader in customer experience solutions. In this role, I was responsible for driving partner development, client relationship, operational and process improvements for the JAPAC region. I ensured my team was trained and equipped to partner with cross-functional Google Cloud teams to enable and empower the partners to grow their cloud business and revenue. I also facilitated change management and program management initiatives to ensure high team morale and anchored team's KPI, ensured quality of calls and cases through Quality Assurance Standard Audit process, hired new talent, built a strong team and managed productivity.
