• Responsible for hiring for Educomp Group Pan India.• Responsible for Manpower requisition.• Handling End to End Recruitment cycle for front and support level hiring.• Responsible for IT and Non IT hiring.• Conducting Drives, Walk-ins and personal interview.• Responsible for generating Appointment letter request, Joining formalities and Documentation.• Maintaining and managing active MIS for resume database & records.

• Responsible for front and support level hiring.• Conduct external searches for Hiring through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization etc.)• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates for Requirements.• Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods.• Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals.• Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline.• Conducting Walk-in interviews whenever necessary.• Conducting free speech round and filtering candidates as per requirement.• Coordinating with interview panel and support them in operation round(technical & Non-technical)• Offer Negotiation and joining formalities and followup with candidates till joining.• Responsible for handling induction, documentation and employee engagement activities.
