Similar to the plum blossom, my unwavering growth mindset has given me the ability to make the best of even the most challenging and ambiguous situations in my career. In my 3 years at Amazon, I've been highly focused on Customer Advocacy with 2 main goals: 1) ensuring that the products sold on Amazon are safe for end consumers, and 2) advocating for the best Seller Experience for Third Party Sellers and optimizing YoY growth in my most recent role. I've managed multiple seller relationships that foster loyalty, drive revenue growth and enhanced brand reputation. I work tirelessly with complex sellers to grow their business in highly competitive markets via comprehensive deal, marketing, advertising and optimization strategies to ensure they are set up for success.
