I partner with the business leaders, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to source, screen, and hire the best engineering talent for the firm. I also hold experience in DEI and Training I have a MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from N.L.Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, where I learned the latest theories and practices in human capital management, organizational behavior, and leadership. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, which gives me a solid technical background and understanding of the engineering roles and requirements. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, I worked as a Human Resources Executive at WhiteHat Jr, where I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions at the middle and upper middle level. I successfully closed multiple positions within the deadlines, meeting the quality and cost standards. I also facilitated the interview process, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, background check, documentation, and onboarding for all candidates.I am passionate about creating lasting contributions and continuous learning in the organizations I work for.
