Talent Acquisition:Responsible for recruitment from junior to middle level.Screening of Resumes from various portals.Short listing suitable candidates & conducting interviews.Preparation & maintenance of recruitment MIS & Maintaining & updating recruitment database.Coordinating with Consultancy and Vendors for sharing requirements.Coordinating / following up with the candidates till joining.Conducting walk-In Interviews.Induction & Joining Formalities: Handling Pre & Post - Joining Formalities. Deliver Induction for New Joiners. Bank Account opening, filling up the joining kit, & Issuing the ID, properly location wise. Conducting Background verification Check & medical Check for new joiners.Other Activities: Preparing various monthly MIS reports Maintaining Employee records in Excel Scrutinizing and maintaining employee database, personal files, leave records, attendance details, quarterly report on manpower status, monthly confirmation & exit status. Conducting & Organizing Employee Engagement Activities Responsible for meeting requirements of documentation. Facilitating the issue of letters related to employment, appointment, promotion, termination and Memos.

Off Roles - Payroll Under Quess Corp.Roles & Responsibilities:Ø Handling the entire recruitment process.Ø Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.Ø Screening & Filtering candidates as per the JD & JS provided by the client/company Ø Briefing the candidates about the job roles & responsibilities.Ø Scheduling interviews as per client's availability, CTC negotiation and pre-offer formalities.Ø Coordinating / following up with the candidates till they join at the client's place.
