• Handling End to End Recruitment Process.• Responsible for Understanding the Client's Requirement. • Preparing the Job description as per the Client's profile and doing Job Posting for the requirements on Job portals. • Sourcing of domain expert candidates at various levels from sources like Job Portals, referrals, mapping against different requirements, checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range, relocation, work authorization etc.• Sourcing & Screening Resumes Through Various Channels Like Job Sites, Database, Employee Referrals, Networking, Linkedin, Google Search.• Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirement and mailing the Job Profile and Company Profile to Candidates. • Scrutinized, Short-Listed, Coordinated & Interviewed Candidates.• Constantly Coordinating with the selected candidates to be able to keep their interest alive and generates more references.
