I often take a break to look around and gauge my deeds, and I never hesitate to follow my heart and mind.I love to work, learn and take immense pleasure in bringing positive influence around me.I have 18 years of work experience. I joined the family business of stockbroking in the year 2002 and was enthralled by the derivatives and cash market. While working with my father, I not only learned about the stock market but also had hands-on experience in handling a business.I soon took the initiative to expand the business and set up 3 new branches in nearby cities. The risk paid off well to the company, and we had high volumes of trades on every counter. In 2009 when the subprime lending scam toppled the stock market, I was whacked with hard reality. Before I could manage the professional chaos, I was bewildered by the news of being pregnant.I took a break from work and followed my heart to be a full-time mother to my kids. In two years, I was blessed with a girl and a boy. By 2014, I began to get restless and wanted to work again. I tried 7 businesses over the next 5 years but could not manage it with my toddlers and elderly in-laws.In 2018, I got fascinated with digital marketing and was keen to learn it. I decided to take a job this time and worked for 2 years as content head.I am gifted with an analytical mind and an empathic heart. I am a born leader and a people person.Currently, I have 2 firms, Arihant Content Services and Kreative Writes.My company, Arihant Content Services, have national and international clients from travel, fashion, health care, education, managed IT services, finance, CBD, and Ecom site."My alternate business specializes in social media marketing, and we were recently honoured by WASME with an award for being the Best Instagram Marketing Company." In my team, I have professional and capable people to execute the strategies and SOP developed by me. These strategies were derived after doing deep research on the industry and algorithms of search behavior.I keenly observe the google updates and proactively improve the strategies to get the best result in a limited time.My SOP has integrated AI to create automated decorum of writing content; giving the company an opportunity to expand within the resources.
