Compiling other reports like daily sales, cost of sales, BACIP reports.Supporting Customization of the menu to cater the market demands.Identifying and executing brand-building activities like previews, discount offers festive promotions, etc.To assist the marketing team in conducting effective advertising and promotional programs with emphasis on sales promotion.Identify operational requirements in terms of staff, equipments, menu changes, promotions, maintenance and repair and take steps to meet all such requirements with proper follow-up with Company Management.Working in liaison with Mall Management for getting better infrastructural facilities to the outlets assigned. Handle and follow up on customer complaints and suggestions.Evaluate and verify employee performance through performance appraisals.Ensure implementation of prescribed control procedures to prevent pilferages, shortages and breakage.Perform weekly audits of the outlet and regular briefings with the outlet in charge.Schedule staff vacation, periodic pest control and cleaning and maintenance activities.
