One of my first memories in school is going to a parent teacher meet in kindergarten, and teacher tell my parents, "Pooja is one of the most talkative and full of life girl of the class. wherever i move her in class she talks to everybody." throughout my life i have developed my ability to communicate with anyone at any given time. Starting from excelling in debates and extempore in school days to improvising my communication skill , so that it could be utilize in a different ways, i have learned that effective communication is the core of any successful leader and business.I have developed a passion for not only being the voice for people who cannot communicate for themselves but i also guide them to communicate effectively. As a Human resource professional I do this by bridging the gap between the employees and the management and help in smooth functioning of the organization.With my ability to build strong relationships, good communication skills, passion for candidate care and experience in sourcing I have succeeded in making a great team and want to continue to add more.
