Previously worked for Alpha design technologies pvt.ltd, Bangalore as deputy manager (V& V) for electro-optics product lines. Defining Hardware and Product Architecture for automated test equipments (ATEs) for different aerospace/ defence applications: Naval, Land & avionics. Design and realization of actuator test station, and sustenance activities of ATS types.  Customer engagement, conduct VOCs to capture the requirements/use cases, realization of the system based on the requirements. Drive resolution of hardware and software field issues to closure. Coordinate the effort of design implementation. Technical feasibility study of tenders & preparation of technical Proposals. RFQ (Request for quotation): Compliance matrix, RFP submission. Project engineering. System Integration, verification and validation. Installation and commissioning of ATE at different customer locations: army bases/workshops. Customer training, Approvals to get COC. Driving Cross functional Team. Problem solving and Root cause analysis for various projects as and when required. Integration and testing of electro-optical products such as thermal images/laser range finders/Goniometers on ATE & ATP (right half of the V- diagram-Verification & validation). Develop test procedure. Environmental (Thermal & Vib) / Performance ATP Product optimization: Coordinate with design and development team to address field issues/Testability/reliability/maintainability. In-service issue resolution (after-market service): AMC/Warranty/Failure report/ Obsolescence management/Commercial aspects (tender participation). Embedded: PCB testing, software loading of power supply & logic CCA PCB troubleshooting/RCA with the supplier & remediation Leadership/Management: Team Skills planning/resource planning/Training/ performance appraisal. Knowledge of different measuring instruments & data acquisition (like oscilloscopes/power meters/wave form generator/optical pulse generators/sensors/controller) Cross-functional team collaboration to meet company objectives. Execution of projects: Schedule/Milestones/Risk management/Resource /reporting of status Knowledge of design process/tools/DFX/test methodologies/product life cycle. Awareness of AS9100/CMMI/ISO standards.
