Medical Scribe Process Associate
Current• Proven working experience as a MedScribe Trainer, accountable for imparting Medical, Typing, Medical English, Medical listening - Medical transcription/scribing skills• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)• Amending & revising programmes as necessary in order to adapt to changes occuring in the work enviornment• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively• Strong report writing and record keeping ability• Good computer and database skills• Keeping up-to-date with training requirements and ensuring that training requirements are met.
