• Timely Order Follow-up’s with Parties/Sales Person to meet Monthly, Quarterly and yearly set Targets.• Punching Order and timely dispatch against Stock for Order’s placed.• Scheduling Preventative Maintenance and estimated time of arrival for unscheduled work• On daily basis for Stock Management, stock availability.• Maintaining Order’s and Total Sales Report.• Process all orders for the spare parts by preparing quotation, invoice, Delivery.• Various types of Reports for Analysis, Production Plan and so on.• By responding to all sort of queries from parties/sales person regarding New Product, Stock, Pending, Billed Material and Dispatches.• Assisting Business Head in Production Plan and Monthly Projection with the help of various Reports.• Updating responses of Parties/Sales Person, Suggestion, Further development required and Requirements.• Product Launch, Distribution of Marketing Material.
