Requesting of documents varies in type of loan that is FHA/GSE/Conventional and so on.

Loss Mitigation specialist, checking the application sent from the borrowers for example income expense docs profit and loss doc, divorce decree, tax returns, application where borrower has requested for modification/short sale/deed in lieu of the property. Checking for eligibility and processing as per borrowers request. creating workflow for other teams such as Underwriting, Research etc. Verifying SSI doc, veteran affairs, food stamps etc.
