🛫 I am currently based in Dubai, working as a Customer Service Executive at Aviation Training Centre LLC. My walk into customer service and aviation has been a beautiful journey, and I am excited to see where it takes me next.🛫 I originally hail from Kerala, India, where I completed my Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut. My love for literature and communication was born there, and it is something that is stayed with me through every step of my career. After that, I took on a Diploma in Millennial Tourism from the Open University of Malaysia, which was an eye-opener into the world of travel and hospitality (I graduated with flying colors!).🛫 My current role at the Aviation Training Centre has me handling everything from responding to enquiries about courses and admissions to processing payments and assisting with financial aid applications. It is a dynamic job that keeps me on my toes, and I love every bit of it. I also involve in HR administration, helping with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.🛫 Before this, I was with InterGlobe Aviation Limited in Bangalore, where I got a taste of the high-paced world of airport operations. There, I supported passengers with special requests, managed rescheduling during flight interruptions, and coordinated ticket reservations and sales. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding work.🛫 One of the things I am most passionate about is ensuring that every customer I interact with feels valued and heard. Whether it is a student navigating their way through aviation courses or a passenger dealing with a travel hiccup, I strive to make their experience as smooth and positive as possible. This passion extends to my knack for organizing events and coordinating schedules – I genuinely enjoy making sure everything runs like clockwork.🛫 I have taken several additional courses and trainings, including an IATA Dangerous Goods Training and a Passenger Ground Service Certification. These have been invaluable in expanding my skill set and staying up-to-date with industry standards.🛫 On a more personal note, I am a big believer in the power of good communication. Whether it is through writing, speaking, or just listening, I think clear and thoughtful communication can solve almost any problem. 🛫 I am passionate about customer service, dedicated to continuous learning, and always on the lookout for the next adventure, both in my career and in life.
