Summer employee Work tasks: Issue invoices in timely manner, execute bookings, prepare required documentation to successfully ship and clear international orders, timely management of multiple lines of communication, maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, handle dangerous goods, manage customer emails and incoming calls, provide excellent customer service throughout the export process including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution. I was accountable for the European, Asian and the US market and managing different transportation modes such as road, maritime and air shipments.
