This web application is used by flat owners, tenants, agents. they can register here assets in their home like refrigerator, washing machine. They have to answer some questions related to asset like serial no of asset size of asset, and by using third party website we can determine health score of that asset so that user will be aware of health of that asset and he will think about servicing of that asset.• There are 5 types of users Admin, Superadmin, Tenant, Technician, owner.• User can login and add his homes in database including, home name, home address, Home images, after adding home he can add electronic assets inside home like refrigerator, washing machine, television along with their model number serial number, and image.• Superadmin and Admin can create workflow which includes one or more questions related to asset.• User like owner or tenant can fill that workflow form by answering the questions related to that asset after submitting form user will get health score of his asset.• User can have record of homes and assets inside that home.• Admin and Superadmin have account and access functionality by using this they can create new user using manual and bulk method, they can reactivate or deactivate user and they can edit user.• User can generate report of his asset’s health score.• In settings section user can see his own information and he can edit it.• In My Properties section user can see his properties, and assets inside properties in card format, when user click on asset, he will be navigated to another screen along with asset id.• There is asset management section where user can see all his assets in tabular form, he can filter data using home, asset type and brand.
