• Smart Mail: - Developed a process automation combined with conversational AI tool to handle emails received by insurance companies. - Developed a process to route emails to the right internal department, scan email for subject line, bodies and attachments, classify and categorize based on predetermined business rules and integrate with CRM to extract data from the email and populate the backend system.- Increased throughput in email processing time by 100%(from weeks to seconds), increase in ROI from 3x to 10x and reduced costs by 85% . • Insurance quoting: - Designed and developed an extractor to filter out useful information from a patient’s medical history required by an underwriter. - Built a Deep Learning model using Clinical BERT to predict whether to quote or deny a medical insurance. - Resulted in increase of prediction accuracy from 45% to 72%.

• Process Synchronization: - Designed and developed process automation plugins for enhancing various work items’ parent-child attributes, workflows, comments and attachments synchronization between IBM Rational Team Concert’s team areas. - Developed using system modelling and adapters which resulted in an increase upto 85% traceability in agile development.• Customized Dashboards: - Developed customized dashboards consisting of various live report widgets built using Jazz Reporting Service - Analysed data collected from Lifecycle Query Engine and data warehouse which helped development teams to track their progress of active projects.• Co organizer of event "YuvaNaveenya" which focussed on providing a platform to discuss startup ideas of engineers and take it to fruition.
