I am always inquisitive about the purpose of human existence and have a penchant for solving complex problems. Therefore, I decided to become a social worker while still in high school and soon completed "Bachelor of Social Work" and received a Gold medal.I trained as a professional social worker for over eight years. I particularly like resolving people-oriented issues and helping individuals find workable and sustainable solutions. This trait led me to two master's degrees, one in social work and the other in rural development. I have worked as a frontline worker with many organizations in my academic career and did multiple academic research projects. I even completed one of my degrees while working full-time as a fundraiser trainer for MSF (Doctors Without Borders).In 2018, after years of experiencing different ailments, I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called Lupus. This changed my approach but not my impact. Today, I aspire to make a difference through initiatives, writings, research, and advocacy. My social work career and education gave me varied experience with communication at different eschelon and circumstances. It came in handy as I transitioned to a career in management, content curation, and research.My professional association with a variety of social issues has helped me develop a unique set of skills that can be tailored for a diverse range of domains. Currently, as VP of Operation at Pietential, I am using all my experience to build and run an organization dedicated to helping humans and organization to reach their fullest potential.
