I’m Chef Pooja Dhingra, the Founder & CEO of Le15 Patisserie.After studying hospitality at Cesar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, I moved to Le Cordon Bleu Paris, for my Patisserie Diploma. When I tried a macaron for the first time, I knew I had to bring it back to India ~ and I started Le15 in 2010! Since then, I’ve had the privilege of being featured on the Forbes '30 under 30' list both in India and Asia, being an INK Fellow, and in 2022, I also received the Best Pastry Chef Award by Culinary Culture as well as the Best Patisserie Chef Award by Travel & Leisure India and South Asia. Over my career as a chef, I’ve published seven books. The Big Book of Treats was my first and won second place at the Gourmand World Cookbook Award! My other books are The Wholesome Kitchen, the bestselling Can't Believe It's Eggless, Coming Home, as well as the Le15 Café Cookbook, and Bake At Home.
