A 360-degree role where I work closely with diverse clients to strategize and develop robust employee volunteering programs to strengthen volunteering culture and employee engagement. My responsibilities include planning, marketing, reporting, cross-selling, and upselling. I have successfully engaged 3000+ volunteers across a portfolio of clients consisting of Fortune 500 companies.

Led the marketing and communications for the organization across digital media, along with reporting and media assets to amplify our work, generate leads, and increase media footprint across social media channels. Co-led the efforts for the flagship global fundraising concert Aashayein engaging celebrities, students and HNIs.

Worked on establishing and strengthening the corporate donor engagement strategy with the aim to increase and retain donor accounts across the country through strong on-ground reporting, volunteer engagement, and impact. Successfully created and led the org fundraising event in Pune engaging 100+ HNIs.

As part of the Alumni Team responsibilities included but were not limited to :• Co- designed and executed support for early stage Projects in classrooms, schools and communities.• Provided support in the domains of problem mapping, project planning and impact evaluation. • Organized peer and expert mentorship opportunities through panel discussions and workshops.• Co- Created a Fellow development strategy with the Program Leadership team to enable Fellows to identify their role in the alumni movement. • Established and maintained relationships with external hiring organizations. Classroom and School Impact•Managed academic instruction as a class teacher to 71 sixth-graders from low-income, non-English speaking households in an English municipal school•Accelerated literacy growth by 2x, achieving targeted gap reduction goal in reading and writing skills•Achieved a 70% increase in parent turnout in Parent Teacher Conferences by driving investment through weekly calls, community visits and follow ups•Co-created and designed Space Jam, a school-wide project aimed to provide students exposure to co-curricular activities and artsCommunity Impact•Co - founded Project Janani, a women empowerment project in the community of Malwadi. •Trained a group of six women on product design and development and financial literacy. 400 units of tea light coasters developed and up cycled from waste.
