I am Pooja, a talent development professional and a soft skills trainer helping you enhance your personal brand.Before transitioning to the training and development field, I spent three years in infrastructure services as a computer science graduate.In 2020, as a Learning Officer in Talent Development, I deployed several learning programs and strategic talent development initiatives to help people upskill, become project-ready and increase the tribe of active learners.In 2023, I led a key initiative for the Mumbai region, of Unallocated associates re-training, enabling them to become market relevant and get mapped to competitive projects. Organizing and hosting talent development events, townhalls has been my forte.April 2024, I transitioned into my dream role of a Business skills trainer. Helping talented graduates find their true potential by honing their soft skills has been an absolute pleasure!
