As a Tester, I created test plans. To ensure application development meets with the user expectations, I worked closely with users and program developers. For all the assigned issues, I performed root cause analysis. For various Software Release Features, I designed test plans and test design specifications. I also reported bugs using Bugzilla and worked in close coordination with the development team to verify those bugs.
