I am part of CCS Forensics team in KPMG. The work includes investigating clients environment to identify the software deployment, meetings with clients to understand their IT environment and discuss the scope of audit in order to set correct expectations and timelines. Working with client to understand their license entitlements and collecting data to calculate their actual deployments in order to present them with discrepancies if any.

Nature of Project: Contract Risk & ComplianceThe Contract Risk Compliance Services provided to client includes preparing Compliance Tables and Mapping Deployments by Host reports for ensuring adherence to software licensing agreements and identifying discrepancies between the Entitlements and DeploymentsKey Responsibilities:• Preparation of the Compliance Table to collate the entire software purchases and deployments made by IBM’s customers and analyzing the script outputs for compliance discrepancies• Understanding product specific licensing requirements for the clients’ purchases.• Calculation of deployments through analysis of product specific script outputs and signatures of the products when installed• Working as a Liaison for various global teams which involves regular interaction with clients to report progress, discuss deadlines and analyze issues, which in turn helps my team to deliver Quality Deliverables and Increased Efficiency• Working as a Quality Assurance Lead for the team which involves review of work done by peers in order to deliver Deloitte Client Experience to clients• Worked on Mainframe Reviews to collate data from standard outputs to represent usage and deployment of system z software in customers’ environment
