With 12 years of robust experience in the clinical research industry, I am a seasoned Training Specialist with a Master's degree in Clinical Research and a BSc in Chemistry. I have also earned multiple certifications in learning and development, including Creating Inclusive Learning Experiences and Foundations of Enterprise Content Management.My core competencies include clinical training, training management, training consulting, soft skills training, and new hire on-boarding. I have designed and developed technology-based, employee-oriented training materials for various clinical applications and business units. I have also delivered functional and soft skills training to diverse audiences, both in-person and online. In my previous role at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, I contributed to the professional development and performance improvement of the clinical staff, as well as the quality and efficiency of the businesses.
