Key Accountabilities: • Sourcing resumes through Job portals, existing database, walk-ins, candidate references and employee referrals for internal recruitment.• Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, co-ordinate technical interviews, negotiating & offers, closing of candidates & finally joining of candidates.• Communicating with candidate at the entire stage (building relationships) pre-interview, post interview and releasing… Show more Key Accountabilities: • Sourcing resumes through Job portals, existing database, walk-ins, candidate references and employee referrals for internal recruitment.• Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, co-ordinate technical interviews, negotiating & offers, closing of candidates & finally joining of candidates.• Communicating with candidate at the entire stage (building relationships) pre-interview, post interview and releasing offer.• Matching the profile of the candidates from the existing data bank & short listing them as per the Job requirement.• Sourcing of new candidates if the database isn’t sufficient.• Placing job advertisements & posting on Job Portal.• Preliminary interview of the candidate, checking their aptitude & communication skills before sending them to concern manager.• Fixing an interview & co-ordination between the interviewer & candidate. • To follow up till the candidate joins the organization.• Client interface. Level of Recruitment: Working on middle and senior level mandates• Getting the requirement from Manger. • Understanding the client’s requirements.• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Job portals , Job postings /advertisements, reference generation, Internal database etc to fill the budgeted vacancies / replacements and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.• Tech-Screening & Short Listing: Understanding the Requirement and screening of Resumes.
