In my various roles as a science, data and policy analyst, I continue leveraging my scientific and research expertise to inform decisions and regulations involving the health safety, security and employment for the Canadians.In my capacity as an advocate for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility, I facilitate the much-needed dialogue on the participation of equity deserving groups in the Canadian workforce. Some of my regular contributions include public engagement on media platforms, writing relevant content, organizing events, and supporting women in their search for their niche in STEM fields. I have 10+ years of experience in managing research and steering multiple research projects autonomously, with primary focus on cellular, molecular, proteomic and behavioral aspects of neurodegenerative diseases.I strongly believe in democratizing science. By leveraging my scientific, communication, and organizational skills, I continue to create an open dialogue with people of all age groups as well as stakeholders, through events, live sessions, and mentorship. I am happy to connect with like-minded individuals for possible collaborations and exchange of ideas, or to simply help!
