As a recent PGDM-HR graduate from IMI New Delhi, I am passionate about driving organizational excellence through effective people management. I have gained practical insights into talent management practices and the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture from my previous work experiences as an HR intern and recruiter.During my last internship at SADRAG, a non-governmental organization, I led a fundraising initiative by selling bags, organized a clothing donation drive, and planned and executed an NGO exhibition, directly supporting the women empowered through SARTHAK program. I also spearheaded social media outreach efforts, including content creation and strategic posting, to enhance engagement. My goal is to merge my academic knowledge with my practical experience in HR, and contribute to the mission and vision of a reputable organization.
