Extensive experience in product development, network management, merchant services, technology, strategic planning, e-commerce, M&A, card programs, process re-engineering, and industry compliance. Most recently Mr. Poole served as SVP, Operations & Product Management running the CULIANCE debit network where he doubled network transaction volumes through pricing analyses and merchant negotiated deals, expanded the size of the core surcharge free ATM network by five times, rebuilt the customer service organization, redesigned the network’s product development process, introduced the first network compliance process, launched a debit processing business, implemented network’s first fraud solution, delivered an enhanced P2P product experience and a network mobile product solution for the network credit unions.Previously he spent seventeen years at management consulting firms Benton International/Carmody & Bloom/Bloom Resources as Director of Business Consulting where he led dozens of payments product client engagements.
