Incorporated learnings from previous project, contributing to a very successful conversion.Cost to serve – built upon last year’s project where I collaborated with CACI to create the CTS report. Incorporated this report along with other data into tableau to create a CTS dashboard down to the customer level and up national.Assisted NZ sales with best locations for their teams to be located through Optisite. A large amount of work went into this project where I was collaborating with Contact managers as well as regional distribution teams and supply chain managers.Collaborated with Northern Contracts Manager to determine if a depot move/consolidation was feasible.Rebuilt the data source for the distributor payments report. In doing so I have simplified the process, reduced the manual intervention, and greatly improved the accuracy of the report. Created a series of SOP videos in Microsoft Stream for the team, explaining processes covering Truckstops, the Driver Compliance portal and other useful shortcuts to make the team work more efficiently. I have also set up video suggestions in OneNote for the team to contribute suggestions.Participated in the Digital Champions training which introduces and trains you on the uses for all aspects of Microsoft office while also training you in being a mentor for others in the business and passing on that knowledge.

Now maintain the site as Admin super user.Successfully completed the optimisation of Adelaide along with distributor costs and Mech costs scenarios within the required short timeframe while still maintaining accuracy. Assisting Senior Manager with some potential depot locations for Chilled and frozen via Optisite modelling.Assisted with Finance team to create reports for Maintenance and freight costs in tableau. This will provide better visibility with costs associated with these activities.Pivotal work with CACI to create a cost to serve report in Truckstops. Also made required changes to the cost model and created a macro calculator to retrofit previous cost models with the missing fields needed.Collaborating with northern region contract manager to achieve results. Optimised results ended up being delivered on time with the targeted savings being achieved and with the added flexibility that enabled easy revisions with distributor feedback.Provided revised depot locations for selected customer base.
